Privacy Policy.
We take your data seriously. Here is exactly what we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
Last updated: May 2026
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, resume, work history, and any correspondence you send us. When you submit a job application or contact form, that data is stored securely and associated with your profile.
We also collect limited technical data automatically: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration. This data is used exclusively for site reliability and analytics and is never sold to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to match you with relevant roles in our portfolio, to contact you about opportunities, and to communicate updates about your applications. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our matching algorithms and workforce intelligence reports.
We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing purposes. You will only hear from us when there is a meaningful reason to reach out.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your profile and resume are shared with prospective employers only after your explicit consent has been obtained for each specific opportunity.
We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion of your profile, we will remove all personally identifiable information within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@silverbridgecareers.com.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We honour requests under both frameworks regardless of location.
Security
We are SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, with full audit logging.
While we employ industry-leading security practices, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately at support@silverbridgecareers.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
