By accessing or using the Silverbridge Careers platform — including our website, candidate portal, and employer dashboard — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, candidates, and client organisations. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Silverbridge Careers provides AI-assisted talent matching, executive search, contract staffing, and workforce intelligence services. The specific services available to you depend on the engagement model or subscription tier agreed upon.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without liability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@silverbridgecareers.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts must not be shared between individuals. Each user must register with accurate, current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the platform to submit false or misleading information, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the proper functioning of the service, or to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Employers may not use candidate profiles for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for legitimate employment opportunities. Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of candidate data is strictly prohibited.

All content on the Silverbridge Careers platform — including the matching algorithms, UI design, workforce intelligence reports, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Silverbridge Careers, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your resume or job descriptions), but by submitting it you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of providing our services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (such as a successful placement) will result from use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silverbridge Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
